About Us
Akshayarithu Chits Private Limited is a registered chit fund company with branches across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Our Karamana branch is growing, and we are looking for energetic field staff for collection and sales.
Job Role
This is a field job. You will visit customers in and around Karamana to collect chit payments and to bring in new chit subscribers. Good earners can make strong monthly income through incentives.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers daily to collect chit subscription payments
- Maintain accurate collection records and deposit amounts at the branch
- Find and enroll new chit subscribers in your area
- Build good relationships with customers and follow up on pending payments
- Report daily to the Branch Manager
Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Trivandrum / Karamana areas and roads
- Fluent in Malayalam; basic reading and writing
- Honest, hardworking, and comfortable working on the field daily
- Basic smartphone skills (calls, WhatsApp, photos)
- Freshers welcome — training will be provided. Experience in collection, sales, marketing, or finance is an advantage.
