Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Agency Channel
- Generate new business and sell life insurance products.
- Recruit, manage, and motivate a sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Direct Channel
- Contacted customers from company-provided leads to promote and sell insurance policies.
- Explained policy features, benefits, and coverage over phone calls.
- Understood customer needs and recommended suitable insurance plans.
- Followed up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Achieved sales targets through effective communication and relationship management.
