Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to promote and sell passenger vehicles by understanding customer requirements, providing product demonstrations, arranging test drives, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to achieve monthly sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Handling
• Generate new sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
• Convert inquiries into successful vehicle sales.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending deals.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
