Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client files, records, and documentation.
  • Verify visa and immigration documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow up with clients for pending documents and application requirements.
  • Update client information and application status.
  • Assist consultants in preparing and submitting visa applications.
  • Perform data entry, document scanning, filing, and record management.
  • Track application deadlines and ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate with clients, institutions, and internal teams regarding application updates.
  • Prepare reports and maintain operational records as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information and compliance with company procedures.
