Job Description

✨ Job Title: CRM & Data Entry Executive

📍 Location: Bhopal

⏳ Experience: 2+ Years

  • 🧩 Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the CRM system efficiently.
  • Assign leads and daily tasks to the Sales Team and Telecallers.
  • Track lead status and monitor team performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • ✅ Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in CRM & Data Operations.
  • Hands-on experience working on CRM software (mandatory). Experience with Jango CRM will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting, etc.).
  • Experience in lead management, lead assignment, and sales data tracking.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Must own a personal laptop (Mandatory).
