Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate computerized embroidery machines for garment embroidery production.
- Load embroidery designs and programs into the machine as per approved artwork and production requirements.
- Set up frames, fabrics, threads, needles, and accessories before production.
- Ensure correct thread shades and color matching as per approved samples.
- Monitor embroidery quality during production and identify defects such as thread breakage, missing stitches, puckering, or misalignment.
- Perform minor machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance activities.
- Maintain production efficiency and achieve daily production targets.
- Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, production, and quality teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Maintain daily production records, machine utilization reports, and rejection reports.
- Minimize thread wastage and ensure optimum machine performance.
- Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and housekeeping practices on the production floor.
