• • Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursals, login files, and fee income.
  • Lead Generation: Sourcing leads through cold calling, corporate tie-ups, developer/builder partnerships, and open-market sourcing.
  • DSA Management: Sourcing and managing relationships with Direct Selling Associates (DSAs) to drive indirect business. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

• • Document Verification: Collecting KYC documents, income proofs (ITR, salary slips), and property documents from the customer.
  • File Processing: Ensuring error-free login of loan files and coordinating with the credit and risk underwriting teams to expedite sanctions.

• • Customer Service: Assisting clients with product queries, eligibility profiling, and guiding them through the entire mortgage process.
  • Turnaround Time (TAT): Maintaining a low TAT from the initial application stage through to the final disbursement of the home loan. [1, 2, 3]

• • Delinquency Control: Ensuring quality sourcing to prevent early-bucket Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
  • KYC Norms: Strictly adhering to financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and internal bank/NBFC policies.
  • Market Intelligence: Gathering data on competitor home loan interest rates, schemes, and real estate market trends. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

• • Daily Sales Report (DSR): Logging daily site visits, customer meetings, and lead statuses in the internal CRM or Salesforce systems.
  • Conversion Rates: Tracking lead-to-login and login-to-disbursal ratios to refine sales pitches
