Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Transformation Specialist to support process simplification, documentation standardization, operational efficiency initiatives, and automation projects. The role will work closely with stakeholders to streamline procurement-related workflows, improve data quality, and leverage Google Workspace solutions to drive business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Simplify and optimize procurement and operational processes.
• Review, organize, and maintain procurement documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and workflow enhancements.
• Support ad-hoc transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform data cleanup activities, including supplier, contract, and contact information management.
• Create and maintain Google AppSheet applications to support business processes.
• Develop workflow solutions using Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets, AppSheet, Forms, and Sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Track project progress and provide process improvement recommendations.

Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procurement Transformation, Business Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience working on procurement process optimization and documentation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience designing business solutions using Google Workspace tools.
• Experience supporting automation, workflow, and operational improvement projects.

Technical Skills

• Procurement Operations or Procurement Transformation experience.
• Process Improvement and Business Process Mapping.
• Documentation Management and SOP creation.
• Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Sites, Google Forms).
• Google AppSheet development.
• Workflow automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Data management, cleanup, and reporting.
• Stakeholder requirement gathering and business analysis.

• Project coordination experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Work timings - 1pm to 11pm IST with flexibility as per business needs
