• Responsible and monitoring for TBM and mechanical equipment maintenance, refurbishment, operations. 
• 
  
• Supervision work on a TBM mechanical workmen in mining, ring building, pipe extension, cutter head intervention works.
• Supervision of cutter repair workshop.
• Supervision of welding, cutting, grinding works for TBM and repair works carried out in mechanical workshop.
• Maintain site records of cutter head intervention, refurbishment, repairs etc.
• Review and prepare method statements for submission to client.
• Monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.
• Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments, various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly.

• * Proven track record of delivering large-scale tunneling projects on time and within budget.
  * Proficient in tunnel design, TBM operations, hyperbaric interventions, and geological risk assessment.
  * Familiarity with tunneling software tools and data analysis systems.
  * Strong understanding of the contractual, financial, and operational aspects of tunneling project
