Service Operation Assistance
Summary:
The Service Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery. This role involves coordination, administrative support, process tracking, and assisting in improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track service requests/tickets
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
Maintain records and prepare reports
Handle basic customer/stakeholder queries
