Job Summary


We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, customer billing, statutory compliance, and SAP entries. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, GST, TDS, invoicing, and ERP/SAP in a manufacturing or steel industry.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process customer invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
  • Maintain purchase and sales entries in SAP/ERP.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
  • Maintain daily cash, bank, and journal entries.
  • Prepare GST reports and assist in GST return filing.
  • Calculate and maintain TDS records as per statutory requirements.
  • Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
  • Coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
  • Assist during internal and statutory audits.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
