Technician (Multi-skilled)

We are looking for a Technician (MST) to join our property in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, or facility maintenance operations, with strong painting skills in addition to general maintenance expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil works.
• Carry out painting, touch-up, and refurbishment work across guest and common areas.
• Attend and resolve maintenance complaints in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth property operations.
• Maintain safety standards and upkeep of equipment and facilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil maintenance.
• Strong painting and finishing skills are mandatory.
• Proactive approach, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality establishments preferred.
