Job SummaryWe are seeking a physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented Loader / Unloader to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient, safe, and accurate loading and unloading of cargo, shipments, and materials from delivery trucks, shipping containers, or moving vans.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLoading & Unloading: Efficiently move, pack, and stack materials or finished products into or out of trucks, containers, and storage areas.
• Inventory Control: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, or manifests to ensure accuracy in item counts and conditions.
• Quality & Safety Checking: Inspect incoming materials for defects, damages, or discrepancies, and report them immediately to supervisors.
• Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified) to move heavy loads.
• Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by clearing debris, organizing pallets, and sweeping work areas.
• Securing Cargo: Use straps, bracing, or padding to secure cargo during transit to prevent shifting and damage.
