Job Description
Job Summary : We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage payroll processing, PF & ESI compliance, employee records, HR operations, and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of salary processing, attendance management, employee documentation, and HR coordination. The candidate must be organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential employee information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Payroll Management
- Prepare and process monthly payroll.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance and salary records.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
2. PF & ESI Management
- Manage employee registration under PF and ESI.
- Calculate and process PF & ESI contributions accurately.
- Prepare and maintain PF & ESI records and documentation.
- Assist employees with UAN activation, PF transfers, withdrawals, and ESI-related queries.
3. HR Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate statutory documentation and support compliance activities.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and government regulations.
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee databases and personnel files.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain leave, attendance, and employee records.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESI, and attendance management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, payroll, PF & ESI, or HR operations.
- Freshers with good knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance may also apply.
