Job Title: Sales Associate– Real Estate
Location: Noida
Work Mode: Work from Office (No Work From Home)
Experience: 1+ Years in Real Estate Sales
Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor's Degree)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate with at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to convert prospects into customers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales and marketing channels.
- Identify prospective customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Manage the complete sales process using CRM and sales management software.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM database regularly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Graduation (Bachelor's Degree).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
- Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to work from the Noida office.
- Availability to work and attend customer calls on Sundays, as required.
