What would you do? Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Operations Executives responsible for quote creation and management. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of customer quotes in accordance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes. Monitor team productivity, workload distribution, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational excellence. Review and validate complex quotes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business requirements. Act as the primary escalation point for quoting-related issues and provide guidance to team members on resolving challenges. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to support the quote-to-order process. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare operational reports, and provide insights to leadership. Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and documentation standards. Support onboarding, training, and development of team members to build a high-performing sales operations team. Identify opportunities for automation and standardization within quoting and sales operations processes. Foster a customer-focused and collaborative team environment while ensuring high levels of accuracy and responsiveness.
