Business and Integration Practitioner
Project Role : Business and Integration PractitionerProject Role Description : Assists in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows. Is familiar with the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.

Summary:
As a Business and Integration Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the successful integration of systems and processes within the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to document integration strategies, analyzing data flows, and ensuring that all aspects of the project life-cycle are addressed. You will work closely with architects to align integration strategies with business objectives, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams to achieve project goals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that integration efforts are executed smoothly and efficiently, ultimately supporting the organization's broader objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align team objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data flows for efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
