Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, digital campaigns, and existing databases.
- Conduct client meetings to understand investment and residential property requirements.
- Present premium residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective buyers.
- Organize site visits and property presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI and affluent clients.
- Provide personalized property investment advice based on client needs.
- Ensure superior customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Market Intelligence
- Track market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Maintain updated knowledge of luxury real estate developments and investment opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demand.
Coordination
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, banks, and legal teams for seamless transaction closure.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in premium/luxury real estate sales.
- Experience dealing with HNI clients is preferred.
- Proven sales and revenue achievement record.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Relationship-building and customer-centric approach.
- Professional grooming and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
