As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role requires careful planning and execution of application and data migration strategies that ensure scalability and high performance. The engineer collaborates with various teams to design and implement solutions that leverage both private and public cloud technologies, aiming to support innovative business goals and enhance operational efficiency. Throughout the day, the focus remains on delivering seamless migration experiences that align with organizational objectives and future growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of migration plans ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor migration progress and troubleshoot issues proactively to maintain project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Compute Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and migration methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance cloud solutions.
- Experience in managing application and data migration projects.
- Familiarity with private and public cloud environments and their integration.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Pune office.
