What would you do? Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is essential for building a strong and effective team. Define an organizations talent management approach, mapping a business future skills and talent needs against current skills and capabilities and then defining the investments required to fulfill strategic talent objectives.
What are we looking for? Qualification - BE/ BTech or any Graduation Essential Functions: Provide clients with guidance regarding business process optimizations to improve operational business capabilities Help in strategy consultancy to clients with guidance in various spheres of business, including corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilities Should have a deep understanding various tools and technology related to RPA, AI, and Platforms In-depth knowledge and experience in Financial Services field including operations and risk associated with industry Assess company’s financial status and analyse investment plans Source and evaluate capital expansion options, including loans and funding Advise on selling and buying stocks and bonds; forecast revenues and costs and report any discrepancies; analyse market trends and identify risks and opportunities Monitor financial procedures and ensure compliance with the law Provide solutions and set goals to increase profitability; review day-to-day transactions to identify areas of improvement
