Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Public Policy, Engineering, Technology, Economics, Commerce, Finance, or related fields.

Experience

• 12-18+ years of relevant experience in Government Advisory, Public Sector Consulting, Program Management, Digital Transformation, e-Governance, Public Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Education, Technology, or related domains.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-stakeholder programmes and leading project teams.
• Experience working with government departments, development agencies, multilateral institutions, or public sector organizations is preferred.

Desirable Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications.
• Experience working on World Bank, ADB, UN, DFID/FCDO, or similar donor-funded projects.
• Experience in procurement oversight, PMU operations, and contract management.
