Job Summary - We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Loan Recovery / Collection Supervisor to lead and manage a team of collection executives.

The ideal candidate will monitor team performance, ensure timely recovery of overdue payments, maintain high productivity, and achieve monthly collection targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Key Responsibilities-
• Supervise and manage a team of telecalling and field collection executives.
• Allocate daily calling and recovery targets to team members.
• Monitor collection performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
• Track delinquent accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
• Prepare MIS reports, collection reports, and recovery dashboards.
• Handle escalated customer cases professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and RBI regulations (where applicable).
• Coordinate with operations, legal, and management teams for difficult recovery cases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Identify process improvements to increase collection efficiency.
• Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of debt collection and loan recovery processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good understanding of DPD/Bucket collections is preferred.

• Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in loan recovery, collections, or debt recovery.
• At least 3 year of experience leading a team is preferred.
• Experience in tele-collections, NBFC or recovery agencies is an advantage.
• Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
