Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities

As an Accountant, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Invoice & Payment Processing: Handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and managing vendor and patient payments.
• Bank Reconciliation: Performing regular bank reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of all financial transactions.
• Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll preparation and disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
• Taxation: Preparing and filing GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances as required.
• Reporting: Generating financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Auditing Support: Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Budgeting: Supporting the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
