📍 Location: Novel Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, HSR Layout, Bengaluru
🕘 Timing: General Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
🛑 Sunday Fixed Off
💼 Role: Team Leader – General Insurance (B2B Sales)
✅ Graduates only
✅ Minimum 2–4 years of experience in General Insurance Sales
✅ Prior Team Handling experience is mandatory
✅ Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance (Private & Commercial Vehicles)
✅ Language: Fluent in any one – Kannada / Hindi / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
✅ Ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives
• Monitor team productivity and sales performance
