Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Good to have skills : Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML)
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance metrics. This includes defining key characteristics and indicators to ensure processes meet functional requirements. The role requires close collaboration with the Application Architect to develop detailed process blueprints and translate business needs into actionable application requirements. Additionally, the position involves participating in quality management reviews to verify that all design and business criteria are fulfilled. A significant part of the day is dedicated to engaging with stakeholders, providing education and clarity to ensure a thorough understanding of the process designs and their implications across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on process objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML).
- Strong knowledge of user interface design principles and best practices within SAP environments.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in integrating front-end technologies with backend systems to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Familiarity with debugging and optimizing SAP UI5 applications for performance and usability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
