Description
We are looking for a results-driven Program Manager to join the Account Compliance Seller Experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of seller experience improvements across Tax Compliance workstreams. Working closely with the WW SX lead, the Account Compliance Insights team, and our Product and Tech partners, you will own the SX roadmap project tracker, drive mechanisms to monitor progress, and help deliver solutions that reduce seller friction while maintaining compliance standards.
The ideal candidate is an analytical, detail-oriented executor with program management experience in complex, cross-functional, and regulatory environments. You will be responsible for tracking and driving the SX roadmap to completion, identifying blockers, running cadenced review mechanisms, coordinating across teams, and ensuring deliverables stay on track. You will serve as the operational backbone of the SX team: keeping the momentum, surfacing risks early, and ensuring the Seller's voice is represented in every solution we deliver
Key job responsibilities
• Demonstrate knowledge of improving processes through Six Sigma / Lean/ methods and can perform complex Analysis when exposed to unstructured and structured data
• Lead, design, development and deployment of functional world-wide Excellence strategy
• Work with leadership team to drive critical business initiatives
• Develop, implement and govern KPIs reporting for the portfolio providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects
• Mechanisms & Cadences: Drive regular meetings and review mechanisms (e.g., weekly SX syncs, bi-weekly roadmap reviews, sprint planning sessions) to track progress on the SX roadmap, surface blockers, and ensure alignment across the WW SX lead, Insights team, Product, and Tech teams. Drive and influence multiple stakeholders on project improvement opportunities.
• Establish and continually improve the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the project delivery by providing leadership guidance and sharing best practices
• Manage multiple projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate discretion and independence in coordination of project scoping and selection to align with business objectives
• Reporting & Stakeholder Updates: Prepare and deliver regular status updates, dashboards, and progress reports for senior leadership. Contribute to bi-weekly reviews. Write clear and concise documents (1–6 pagers, status updates) to communicate program progress, risks, and key milestones. Communicate across all levels on project and program progress.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to extend automation across verification, track and report on automation adoption and impact.
• Lead business critical high impacting projects for the vertical and ensure they are delivered within planned timelines and with expected output.
• Support project teams/team members to improve processes, provide project intervention and coaching, etc
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
