• Job Description: Manager – Energy Transition (Renewables)  

We are seeking two highly experienced professionals to join our team as **Senior Managers** specializing in **Energy Transition – Renewables. This is a **full-time, onsite position** This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in energy transition and renewable initiatives, who are passionate about contributing to the global shift towards sustainable energy solutions. ---  

## Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee renewable energy projects within the oil, gas, and petrochemicals sector. - Develop and implement strategies for energy transition aligned with organizational objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of renewable initiatives. - Provide expert insights and drive innovation in renewable energy solutions. - Monitor, analyze, and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and sustainability goals. - Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. --- 

 ## Experience & Qualifications –  

**Education**: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification. – 

 **Experience**: 8 to 14 years of relevant experience, with a strong track record in energy transition and renewable energy projects. - Proven leadership and management skills, with experience operating at a senior level. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. ---  

## Preferred Sector Expertise - Extensive experience within the **Oil, Gas, & Petrochemicals** sector, particularly in renewable energy and sustainability initiatives. --- 

 ## Work Environment - This is an **onsite, full-time role**, requiring 100% commitment during the specified duration.
