Specialist - System Management
1 Overall Scope Objective for ServicesLTM will provide Jira platform support administration and ongoing enhancement services to enable successful rollout and adoption of the engineering work management solution across projects
2 InScope Services
A Jira Administration Operational Support
User access management roles permissions access issues
Troubleshooting userlevel issues eg access gaps inability to updatework on tasks
Daytoday Jira platform support activities
General Jira administration support
B Configuration Workflow Dashboard Enhancement Support
Workflow configuration and refinement
Screen and field customization based on business needs
Role model configuration lead engineer reviewer viewer admin
Updates to project setup and hierarchy fragnet steps tasksgigs
Support for evolving requirements emerging from UAT and early adoption
Creation and customization of dashboards
KPI and reporting views for different user personas
Continuous refinement based on engineering and project needs
C Automation Process Optimization
Implementation and refinement of workflowbased automations eg automated status rollups from tasks to higherlevel structures
Continuous improvement of automation capabilities based on user needs automation is expected to expand as usage matures
D P6 Data Upload Integration Support Periodic or adhoc
Support for P6toJira data onboarding via CSVbased process
Execution and maintenance of mapping scripts for data import
Support for periodic schedule updates and reuploads
Assistance in onboarding new projects using the same process
