Online Sales Executive — Tijohri Jewellers
About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken female candidate to handle online customer queries and showcase our premium diamond jewellery collection to customers digitally.
🔴 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries on WhatsApp and Instagram DMs promptly and professionally
- Conduct live video calls with female customers to show and explain jewellery pieces
- Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed sales and store visits
- Manage and reply to Instagram comments and DMs daily
- Maintain follow-ups with interested customers to generate leads
- Keep records of customer interactions and update status regularly
- Coordinate with the team for order confirmations and product availability
✅ Required Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent spoken and written English — non-negotiable
- Good-looking and well-presented on camera for video calls
- Good knowledge of Instagram and WhatsApp Business
- Basic computer skills for daily work
- Confident, friendly, and persuasive communication style
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, or luxury lifestyle
📋 Job Details:
- 📍 Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi (on-site)
- 🕐 Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 📅 Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off)
- 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- 👩 Female candidates only — Age 18 to 30
⭐ Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Prior experience in jewellery, retail, or fashion sales
- Experience handling social media for any brand
- Familiarity with luxury or premium product brands
