Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on support priorities and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning in Linux environments.
- Ability to work with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with log analysis and diagnostic tools to support incident investigation.
- Understanding of networking concepts and their application within Linux-based systems.
