About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Educational Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding online degree programs and help them make informed career decisions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in education counselling or online degree sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and parents regarding various educational programs and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with leads generated through different sources.
• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs.
• Guide students through the complete admission process, including documentation and fee procedures.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Resolve student queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep updated knowledge of courses, universities, and admission policies.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Education Counselling, Admission Counselling, or Online Degree Sales.
• Experience in EdTech or online education industry will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
