Job Description


Front Desk Receptionist – Taru Fertility

  • Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Register patients and schedule appointments.
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries.
  • Maintain patient records and billing.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff.
  • Explain basic services and guide patients.
  • Manage follow-ups and appointment reminders.
  • Handle cash/card payments and daily reports.
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication (Marathi, Hindi & basic English)
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
  • Pleasant personality and patient-friendly approach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
