Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall quality framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that elevate the effectiveness and foresight of testing activities across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to improve quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing strategies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and test automation tools relevant to ServiceNow environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
