Cell Center Executive (BPO) – AIG Hospitals
Position: Cell Center Executive / Call Center Executive (BPO)
Location: AIG Hospitals
Job Summary:
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, schedule appointments, provide information on hospital services, address patient queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records in the hospital system and coordinate with departments for seamless patient support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming patient calls and respond to inquiries.
- Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations and services.
- Update patient information and call records in CRM/HIS systems.
- Escalate complex issues to concerned departments.
- Maintain service quality and achieve call-handling targets.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate (preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/HIS familiarity.
- Customer service or BPO experience preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple calls efficiently.
Skills: Communication, problem-solving, multitasking, telephone etiquette, and data entry.
Experience: 0–3 years (Healthcare/BPO experience preferred).
