Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing new features and coding multiple parts of the application to meet client requirements. Throughout the day, testing is conducted to ensure the quality and reliability of the software. Additionally, time is dedicated to maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and developing new solutions that align with project goals. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side scripting.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of integration with backend services and APIs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our NGDC1A - NON-STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
