Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing various tools and platforms to customize features. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility across solutions while addressing operational challenges and optimizing application functionality to support organizational goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization techniques within Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) with various data sources and APIs to deliver comprehensive business insights.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) reports and datasets.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) deployments and configurations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
