Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our motorcycle accessories store. The ideal candidate should be able to manage inventory, staff, customer service, sales, and ensure smooth store operations while achieving business targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Supervise and motivate store staff.
- Maintain stock levels, inventory, and product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for timely stock replenishment.
Ensure proper merchandising and store cleanliness.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
