M365 Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Developer to support, develop, and enhance enterprise collaboration solutions built on Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx (React), Microsoft 365 applications, Azure services, PowerShell, and Power Platform, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

SharePoint Development:

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx and React JS (latest version).

• Configure and administer SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, sites, permissions, and security models.

• Implement SharePoint customizations, integrations, and enhancements based on business requirements.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, administration, and operational tasks.

• Microsoft Search setup, configuration, and customizations

• Other Microsoft 365 tools including OneDrive, Stream, Planner etc.

Develop and maintain Azure-based solutions including:

• Azure Web Applications, Web APIs, Web Jobs, Storage Services, Azure Function Apps, Logic apps, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), etc.

Power Platform:

• Hands-on experience with: Power Apps and Power Automate

Operations & Support:

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 apps.

• Provide operational support and root-cause analysis for incidents and service requests.

• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Document configurations, processes, and technical solutions.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support activities.

Good to have:

• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure are a plus. 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps deployment processes.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. 

• Azure DevOps and Agile Methodology/SAFe

• Opportunity to work with tech stack like Power BI, Power Platform, if interested.

• SharePoint Online, React, SPFx (latest) Development

• PowerShell scripting and Azure Services knowledge

• Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability.

• Strong customer-centric mindset and service-oriented approach.
