Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate records of daily stock opening and closing.
  • Monitor and supervise daily dispatch and unloading activities.
  • Ensure all materials are properly stored and organized.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and purchase teams for smooth material flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the warehouse area.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
  • Report discrepancies or damages immediately to the management.
  • Supervise helpers and ensure disciplined work practices.
