- Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by serving as their dedicated point of contact.
- Business Growth: Identify customer needs to propose tailored solutions, proactively upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Issue Resolution: Act quickly to investigate and resolve client complaints to protect the company's brand and prevent customer churn.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product/service delivery teams to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
- Account Strategy: Analyze client data, track satisfaction scores, and conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and spot trends.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide consultative advice to clients.
