Assistant Manager - SCADA

Responsibilities

1. To remotely monitor the health of roof top and ground mount solar power plants located in MP, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
2. Analysis of performance of solar power plants on daily basis. Carry out annual guaranteed energy generation assessment with clients on need-to-need basis.
3. Ensure dataloggers installed in the solar power plants communicate.
4. Alert field O&M team about any breakdown/malfunction of sub-assemblies in the solar power plant on its occurrence. Follow up with HO and field teams to ensure the faults are rectified as soon as possible to avoid loss of energy generation and minimize penalties.
5. Fault diagnosis and its rectification in case problems occur in dataloggers or any sensors.
6. Generate daily Performance and Generation reports for the client and HO with collaboration with field teams.  
7. Provide data for BRM.

Qualifications

1. Should be B Tech in  ECE/EEE engineering from a reputed institution. 
2. Should have secured more than 60 % aggregate in engineering graduation.
3. Prior experience on SCADA of solar power plant/ of any thermal /renewal power plant for atleast two years.
4.  Should have knowledge of Communication Protocol, RS 282, RS 485, transducers/sensors, MOD Bus, PLC, SCADA, weather Monitoring station, HMIs etc.
5. Should have knowledge of working of various sub -assemblies of SCADA system including various sensors, weather station, etc.
6.  Should have knowledge of working of subassemblies of a solar power plant such as modules, inverter, transformer HT/LT panel, etc.
7. Should know MS word, excel and power point applications.
8. Should have good communication and report writing skills in English. 
9. Should have age less than 28 years and should be physically fit and sound.
