Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with clients seeking loan solutions. The role involves understanding customer financial requirements, advising suitable loan products, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring a smooth loan application and disbursement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through referrals, networking, field visits, and digital leads.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products such as:
• Home Loans
• Personal Loans
• Business Loans
• Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Working Capital Loans
• Vehicle Loans
• Govt schemes like CGTMSE
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners to secure the best loan options for clients.
• Follow up on loan applications to ensure timely approval and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Stay updated on lending policies, market trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Resolve customer queries and provide post-disbursement support when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in loan sales, banking, financial services, corporate advisory or DSA.

• Ability to analyze customer financial profiles.
