Job Description

Housekeeping Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations.
  • Managing & Leading Housekeeping Supervisors .
  • Prepare daily employee duty rosters.
  • Manage employee attendance and leave records.
  • Handle monthly billing and invoice management.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and availability of housekeeping machines and equipment.
  • Monitor housekeeping consumables and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure housekeeping staff grooming, discipline, and overall responsibilities are maintained.
  • Manage E-checklists and employee attendance records.
  • Handle uniform issuance, tracking, and maintenance.
  • Maintain site documentation and statutory compliance records.
  • Conduct housekeeping training and Health & Safety (HSC) training for employees.
