Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to manage real estate sales, investor calls, plot sales, site-visit conversions, follow-ups, closings, and CRM updates. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, confidence, follow-up discipline, and real estate sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound investor/customer calls.
- Explain real estate investment opportunities clearly.
- Sell plots and real estate investment products.
- Follow up with leads regularly and professionally.
- Convert interested customers into site visits.
- Coordinate and support site visit conversion.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate confidently.
- Maintain CRM updates and lead tracking properly.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build trust with investors and high-intent customers.
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Real estate sales experience is required.
- Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
- Good calling and follow-up discipline.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability.
- Confidence in speaking with investors and serious buyers.
- Target-driven mindset.
- Basic CRM or lead tracking discipline.
- Ability to explain real estate investment opportunities clearly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in plotted development, land, investment property, or high-ticket real estate sales.
- Knowledge of Dholera Smart City or similar investment-driven real estate markets.
- Experience in site visit conversion and closing.
