Job Description
Enroll residents for new Aadhaar cards.
Process Aadhaar updates (name, address, date of birth, mobile number, biometrics, etc.).
Verify resident documents as per UIDAI guidelines.
Capture demographic and biometric data accurately.
Operate enrollment/update software and biometric devices.
Ensure data privacy, security, and confidentiality.
Guide residents regarding Aadhaar services and resolve basic queries.
Follow UIDAI SOPs and maintain service quality.
Generate receipts and maintain transaction records.
Report technical or operational issues to the supervisor
