Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data management.
Support employee engagement and retention activities.
Assist in HR policies, compliance, and statutory documentation.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with various departments for manpower planning.
Support office administration and employee welfare activities.
Requirements
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
1–3 years of HR recruitment and operations experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
