Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller for Loan Recovery who will be responsible for contacting customers to recover overdue loan payments, maintaining records, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional approach.


  • Key Responsibilities:📞 Make outbound calls to customers for loan repayment follow-ups
  • 💬 Explain outstanding dues, penalties, and payment options clearly
  • 📅 Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely collections
  • 📝 Maintain accurate records of calls and recovery status in the system
  • 🔍 Follow up on overdue accounts regularly
  • 🤝 Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • ⚠️ Escalate critical or non-responsive cases to the supervisor
  • 📊 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
