Job Description
- Battery Production & Assembly: Handle the complete battery manufacturing and assembly process, including cell sorting, grading, spot welding, busbar fitting, BMS fitting, wiring, insulation, enclosure fitting, and final assembly.
- Battery Testing & Quality: Perform battery testing, charging/discharging, cycle testing, OCV, IR testing, capacity testing, and BMS testing. Troubleshoot battery-related issues and analyze root causes.
- Production Planning & Process Handling: Monitor production targets and manpower handling, maintain production reports and process documentation, coordinate with procurement and stores for material planning.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of BMS, charger compatibility, battery parameters, cell chemistry, voltage-current calculations, safety standards, and battery troubleshooting. Understanding of battery repair & replacement process. Knowledge of tools such as spot welding machine, laser marking, charging-discharging machines, multimeter, IR meter, and testing equipment. 1These responsibilities ensure that the production executive is well-equipped to manage the production of high-quality EV batteries, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process.
