Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Post-Admission Counsellor cum Telesales Executive to ensure a seamless experience for enrolled students while also contributing to business growth through lead generation and sales. The candidate will be responsible for guiding admitted students, resolving their queries, coordinating onboarding activities, and converting prospective leads into admissions through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and convert leads into admissions through inbound and outbound calls.
• Guide newly enrolled students through the onboarding process and provide post-admission support.
• Address student queries, resolve concerns, and coordinate with relevant departments for timely assistance.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure student engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Schedule and coordinate orientation sessions, mock interviews, and other student support activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, student interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Achieve assigned admission and follow-up targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with Sales, Academic, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Collect student feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Perform other counselling, telesales, and student support responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, counselling, and negotiation abilities.
• Good command of Hindi and English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple follow-ups efficiently.
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in counselling, telesales, customer support, or the education industry.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
