JOB PURPOSE

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for a Senior Associate - Studio Services who have ability with video post-productions and Graphic design.
• Additionally good to have knowledge on handling cameras and work with studio operations/video crew.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Senior Associate - Studio Services (Visual designer) will be responsible for the following:

• Strong knowledge of Video-Editing incorporating all the elements music, motion graphics, vfx and color correction.
• Strong knowledge in Motion Graphics/Visual effects & 2D/3D videos software and technologies (such as Adobe Premier, Adobe After effects, Adobe Animate, Davinci Resolve etc)
• Ability to do Video/Photo Shoot, edit, color correction and post-production works.
• Proven graphic designing experience and ability to work with a wide range of media.
• Strong knowledge of audio recording and processing for audio podcast (Adobe Audition)
• Visualization and design of mailers, campaigns, presentations, posters, reports, brochures, logos, online newsletters, html mailers, flash animation, videos and other branding and communication materials
• Strong knowledge of design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, UX/UI)
• GenAi (HeyGen, Kling, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Text to speech)
• PowerPoint presentations
• Keen interest in photography would be an added advantage
• Keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Ability to work along with Video studio technician to setup the video shoot
• Good to have knowledge of operating all the Broadcast Studio equipment - video mixer, audio console, lighting console, video/still cameras, teleprompter, digital signage systems etc.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Animation and VFX.

EXPERIENCE

• 5-8 Years of experience in Visual designer, video editor, motion graphics, 2D/3D animator
